We want you to play and self regulate as much as possible, but coaches will be there to help make calls and keep the games moving.

Games will be played on multiple surfaces so safety is key.
For games played on Basketball courts, the takeback and sub area is in the free throw (key/paint) area on either end (see image), for futsal fields the takeback and sub area is in the goal area on either end (see image).
Sticks only, gloves optional
Soft/Low Bounce Balls
No checking. Defense is played like the girls game, stay in front with sticks up.
Players cannot initiate contact (i.e. charge/bull dodge).
All calls on the attacking team result in a turn-over to the other team. Play starts back where the ball is but the ball must be taken back to the possessing’s team’s area before they can score.
All calls on the defense result with the player subbing out or taking a knee where they are for 3 seconds.
First team to 3 wins and loser rotates out.
Play as many games as you want.
